This domestic venture combined with GI's current international processing capabilities, will support on its own network all the Magic Money and other private label GTEL stored value card programs around the world, as well as other third party cards. Both parties are contributing equally to the installation and operation of the Miami switch. The switch is expected to be certified to process MasterCard, Visa, Cirrus, and other independent ATM network transactions. Operations are expected to begin before the end of the year.

GI will shift much of its current processing to the Miami switch with the Venezuela switch serving certain international requirements for each program and as well as redundancy for the GTEL network.

These sections tell me GI has a certified switch and network in Venezuela and will process transactions on its own network until the Miami switch is certified and opperational, at which time processing will shift to Miami and Then Both parties are contributing equally to the installation and operation of the Miami switch.
