Been buying for over a year now. I have made several stock buys over a period of 15 months. I always hoped that a turnaround was right around the corner. I want to be encouraged here but this sateement puts a damper on it: "For the foreseeable future, we will continue to experience dilution," Another way to say that is: we will have dilution as far as the eye can see. I am waiting awhile before i buy more.
