Weby--You write: "Please, just tone it down".
Gee? I haven't even warmed up! But to accommodate you and others I'll take a deep breath between every other word.

I just want you to point out the substantive exchanges on Intel's Sandy Bridge? Or Google Chrome's OS Netbook?

Both products are TPM based that have ramped up tremendous interest in the tech community and the general public, but nearly zero interest on this board!

How do you explain that?

What am I missing here?

The Enterprise and Federal sectors appear to be still very reluctant to activate TPMs. What makes you believe that the reluctance is going to change in the next few months or next few years or the next few decades? Common sense dictates that the ONLY significant deal for Wave was based on securing the fancy internet apps designed for the car itself and NOT primarily to secure employees hard drives and authentication purposes.

On the other hand, it is a maternal fact that Intel's Sandy Bridge and Google Chrome are Trusted Computing products that are going to be introduced mainstream in the next 6 months and the general consensus on the board is that this information is irrelevant.

Why? Can you explain this mystery?
