Exactly. So I do not know where a lot of people say that they are going to settle soon and yada, yada, yada. IMO I don't think JPM, FDIC and WGMR are in enough hurt yet. So what will it take to create enough pain to get this thing done?? What is the threshold? Proof and public knowledge of fraudulent conveyance?? Allegations of other criminal behavior?? An outside POR?? All of it or none of it. I don't know hence the questions?? One thing I do know is people will only budge if there is enough pain or enough pleasure to make it worthwhile.
