I have made my wamu bed and i intend on laying in it. Now that the por is dead after years of wasting the courts time Susmans firm gets to show its worth. However i am not sure if we will see a full frontal assault. For all we know he could have already been taking calls from parties wanting to settle and make this go away.

We all know the press will spin things which ever way they want as to give political cover to those who need it. The more i re-read her opinion it looking like the judge wanted to give cover to hosen by saying you tried in good faith and whatnot and also throwing bones to the EC. Kinda like you both should settle because if you dont you both will lose.

I think we all knew the judge wanted the parties to settled from day 1 and sometimes she does things to push one side or both sides towards each other.

For all i know Susman may have dropped the solomon bombs in private to make them deal now that the por is dead. who knows, but I feel so great that the POR is dead as a door nail and that all our little hedge monkey lackies are coming out of the wood work trying to cause some selling or sideways action on monday while they quietly cover because they know its not going to end well for them.
