as per mediation agreement Sam has to introduce 3 more officers to the board and going forward all decisions has to be taken by the new 5 member board. but Paul&Ben unilateral increased the AS to 1.85b shares and increased the OS by 750m without the board/sam and shareholder's approval. so Sam moved to court again asking the court to stall everything including scrapping the mediation agreement and patent transfer to xmdc etc.
