Ellismd, In post 92040 You said , "I deduct that because I was able to reach 2 of the 3 ARBITRATORS within a reasonable time of each other that hearings have concluded.

Now in post 99516 you said , "The ARB decision has been rendered! Mark my words!!!!!!eom.

Now you say in post 99556 "Just to clear the air I did not place any calls to the arbitrators. As for as your statement that I have hurt my investment is far from the truth. I can think of a few situations that have hurt my investment in IDCC but none of my actions fit the bill."

You didn't clear any air with that BS and although you think you haven't hurt your investment by contacting the arbitrators I'm sure the attorneys here will back me up when I tell you in plain English, What you did was very foolish and in fact could hurt our investment as well as yours.
