WOW! My question would be...

WHY is there FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY to begin with?

To me, it just shows the ineptitude that our TAX DOLLARS deliver by our 'GOVERNMENT'!

And it's very pathetic that the 'announcement' sounded like a FIRE SALE from AMAZON.COM!
