just glanced through all the docs...

-Sam counter sued PL&Company for involuntarily increasing the AS and not disclosing to whom Paul issued 750m shares.

as the the court directive, Sam to infuse 3 more members to the board and then the 5 member board to decide on future direction of the company, including on how to conclude this litigation. then why did paul increased the AS to 1.85b unilaterally?

-Paul's counsel resigned on Dec 13th and the reason they gave is that they do not know from who to take direction etc...

by glancing through the docs i don't put all the blame on Sam. i don't know, i may be wrong. but things are messed up and the fight for ownership of the company looks real ugly.

IT WILL TAKE FEW DAYS FOR THE iHUB BOARD TO DIGEST THE DOCUMENTS AND WRITE THEIR COMMENTS. WE HAVE BETTER MINDS IN THIS BOARD THAN ME. I SHALL WAIT FOR THEIR COMMENTS.
