You bring up a good point about the market dynamics of Panama. We're talking about an entire country that has a smaller population than the greater metro area of Los Angeles. How much demand is chasing that infrastructure supply? I want to know more about the engineering expertise of PDI. We know they can dig a hole and build a road, but can they build a bridge?

The canal project might be a good, immediate source of income in terms of digging and road building. With the way the Panamanian economy is expanding, they're sure to need more infrastructure.

What I want to know is what does PDI exactly do? Are they entirely civil engineering? Are they just roads and bridges? Do they build houses? Skyscrapers? An operational definition of PDI's mission would be very helpful, imo.
