the more i think of it, the more infuriated i feel.

she's really clueless. it strikes me as to how clueless she is. like seriously.. you'd think after sitting on this case for 2.5 years.. sitting in all the hearings and reading even 1/2 the stuff that goes on the docket.. she'd get a better understanding of this case.

heck she could even just read the individual shareholder objections to the POS POR and would be able to get a good handle of what the heck is going on. i mean if a bunch of us laymans can figure it out, you'd think an 'experienced' federal judge would too. i think she knows deep down what is going on but is just too chicken s*** to stand up to it. in her ideal world everything would just be settled. she better hope that susman brings the bombs soon to take rosen out.. because if somehow she allows this POS POR to pass.. you can bet the appeals will go to the next level and maybe beyond.
