bro you know what I really would like to see improved?

The insurance relationships....

We dont get much about what these partnerships really mean for us.

On this interview I got an answer that I might have missed before...the insurance relationships are informational only. They agree to inform insurance customers about CBAI's services and the benefits of it.

Thats a big big deal...but I want to say aloud that it doesnt seem to be doing more than advertising. A lack of detailed dialogue in that department means to me that nothing is going on and they are still struggling to spread the word without paying too much money to do it.

I would like one day for matt to say...so and so agreed to cover the cost of whatever proceedure in whatever area....

Matt was wearing his office suit today. Ive seen that jacket before! get a fitted jacket matt!
