You are a hundred percent correct. I will give you a great example on a bigger scale. Insulin was first used in Canada for a long time. I live in Western NY approx. 2 hours from the Canadian border. It took a doctor go bring insulin back from Canada to treat diabetic pt's in NY. This was the first use in America, and now it is used by a lot of Americans.
