Yes thats some of what I have been reading about.

Its a game of pass the parcel or the hot potato which just goes on and on.
Eventually they get lodged in some offshore hedge fund or some such dummy.
But they have done their damage and made a few honest investors a bit poorer in the process.

I fear that there are so many 'ether' shares that if they were to be an accounting it would dilute a companies account to ruin.

And thats the other issue which is worrying.
There seem to be naked shorters out there setting themselves up to ruin companies.

1)Because they are potential competitors.

2) Because THEY dont like the companies.

Now in this day and age wouldnt it be possible to have computing accountability to trace the ownership/whereabouts of every companies shares.

I would for instance want my batch of shares to have a unique tag allocated and to be able to trace there whereabouts.

I know its a massive undertaking but there are some clever minds out there.

How about a form of electronic barcoding perhaps ??

Do you or Lowtrade know of an active board here which addresses the issue uniquely by the way ?
