What actually would be worse case scenario? We were unable to come to settlement with TMobile? If that is the case then we are back on the court docket and we press on. For me, this ticket has become way to expensive to leave in the middle of the fourth quarter. I am staying for the end of this contest. I still believe we will prevail!
