Definitely puzzling. One thing for certain. If bad news comes out any time soon, he will have a lot to answer to the SEC. He is an accountant and accountants are typically conservative and safe with their financials decisions. Sure hope he is not that stupid. Tomorrow should be an interesting day. If the share price does not move down much, I will look at that as a good sign.
