i spoke to Nadine yesterday, she said they have nothing to say as of now, may have some trial date or something in couple of weeks or a month and it wont be PR'd, rather will be posted in the website. what i understand is that the mediation has failed (since Sam didn't delivered the Bio-harp etc) and PL is looking to take him to trial. Also she said that if at all they go for trail, it will be quick. i feel we will get some info in 3-4 weeks time.
