Dave and All,
I was out of town for medical issues. Sorry for the delay in responding.
These are the facts as I know to date.
Funding for the The CMKX Payments are in place.
First payment packets 80 cents pps enclosed.
Packets released to distribution holding centers of a well known carrier, (security..name is not provided for public dissemination)
Packets are ready for release, awaiting permission.
CMKX is not the only payment distribution.
This is the first distribution packet of more to come.
Attorney Hodges has an appeal ready and will file the appeal to ensure future deliveries are completed satisfactory.
Tightened security in place, including communications.
Attorney Hodges because of his close involvement cannot release details.
Attorney Hodges will not update the Plaintiffs because a Shareholder posted a copy of one of the updates which was marked Private and not for public knowledge. The update had highly sensitive information. As a result, no updates.
What can the Shareholders do?
The amount of funds involved, the amount of entities involved both civilians and governments, the amount of recipients involved, there are some issues and concerns are being addressed. I do not know what the issues are or what it will take to make it copacetic. If I believe harassing those involved, calling my congressman, calling the authorities, hiring more lawyers would release the funds any quicker, I would be the first to advocate this.
When will the CMKX Distribution First Payment Packet arrive at the final destination?
The delivery should have occurred already. Based on this, and the above information, I expect the CMKX Distribution First Payment Packet any time. If I receive any information which I can share I will. I have provided what I know at this point.
