Sometimes you need to look at the past posts about stocks. This is one of many posts I made which cover exactly what has gone on and what continues to go on now and will continue in the future. All of the money from the dumping of shares goes to the owner and he doesn't care what it does to the shareholders;

This has been going on since the CEO who is the only board member voted himself super power voting shares and then raised the A/S by using his super power voting shares which I believe was illegal to bypass the shareholders. Last year around this time is when the dumping started then R/S then dump then r/s etc. and if you haven't noticed the dumping has ramped back up again and this CEO has absolutely no concern for the shareholders. Sell now as this is going down down down until the R/S and then he will start it all over again.
