After hours blocks

Based on recent activity, I've got to believe that Interdigital is aggressively pursuing to repurchase the remaing 1.6 million or so shares that were still available to them following the update in the CC.

If so, I would further believe that their rush may be do to their belief that a more timely completion with NOK is at hand. I'm under the impression based on info from Interdigital that they have no trading restrictions with regards to the allotted repurchase because of how it was structured (hence, no blackouts resulting from ongoing events with NOK).

I'm still not of the camp that a quick resolution is in place (meaning much before May 31), but I'm also not ready to give up any shares and I continue to add more. But if these "signs" (as I've interpreted them) are any indication of what might be going on behind closed doors, I for one will be thankful for a more speedy resolution. This is merely speculation on my part and so IMHO of course.
