Like Nobo says often, building a company is a huge job…especially if it is a company that needs to support huge growth…
Watson has quite the job on his hands.
I think…also….that he is the type of person that sometimes likes to say things to please his supporters….but perhaps, only to not be able to deliver on time….
In another situation, like among friends, this would be understood as a likeable personality trait….but in business, with a peanut gallery standing around watching and analyzing (and criticizing) his every move, it gives the peanut gallery a deadly chance to make a villain out of him…. especially if they have trading motives...
