Implicating someone without evidence? You have the evidence right there in front of you. Why did you not ask him. Call him back or I will call him for you.

William Scott Marshall certainly gave the impression that he wasn't involved. He acted surprised at the idea and certainly was not happy about the implication that he was involved.






What I can say with certainty is that I do believe that William Scott Marshall's name got added as a director of the company without his knowledge.
