In fairness jibberjabber though he never said it in as many words, William Scott Marshall certainly gave the impression that he wasn't involved. He acted surprised at the idea and certainly was not happy about the implication that he was involved.

No he did not in most certain terms flat out deny being involved. I did not ask him that direct question. The whole email conversation was posted for all to read and interpret how they will.

In my post I was saying that I have not ruled out the idea that he may have been involved at one time. I can't rule that possibility completely out.

What I can say with certainty is that I do believe that William Scott Marshall's name got added as a director of the company without his knowledge.

At this point we'll have to wait for more information or further developments to determine who was definitely involved with SAEI since December 2009. It is fine to have opinions, but it's important to keep all possibilities open until definitive proof is presented.
