Wherever the money comes from it will have to be paid back. There's no way the pay it off and escape the debt. The difference is that a bank loan, PI or combination of the two gains them access to Turnbulls revenue that they don't have with the note- major difference. Therefore, even with a bank loan its going to pennyland
