quilix - thanks for copying but more importantly for sharing. I am anxiously looking forward to reading the briefs coming from 'the other side". IDCC's position seems so strong when standing on it's own. Personally I think overturning a decision is a high hurdle and I hope to learn from the adversaries briefs whether IDCC's position looks like it will clear the hurdle. Stock movement over the past few months tells me it will. The short position, which has never seemed to bet wrong in the past 10 years, tells me I will get smacked in the face again.

Settlement would probably lower my blood pressure by 20-30 points right now. I cannot even fathom the collective sigh of relief that will be heard on IHUB on that day.
