Guard Dog wants to wish all shareholders Happy Holiday Season and a prosperous New Year.
We have been reviewing and finalizing our year-end performance and numbers and have been receiving questions about the progress and status of the company. The company has been progressing and working toward meeting the deadlines and goals it has set for itself. We will provide links to the investor’s website regarding the status of specific projects once we have completed our year-end review. These links will be provided via an official press release on the week of the 27th.

We want to update all shareholders that the producing company of the TV spot we anticipated releasing this month had stated to us, that the TV spot would begin airing in Mid December, however the release date has now been moved to Mid-January. We anticipate being able to release the specifics shortly after the first of the year.

Guard Dog has also been working with accounting consultants to provide the financial information as part of our year-end review. The information being prepared will provide answers to many of the questions that have been submitted via our investor relation’s email. We anticipate that our financial information will be posted in the month of January, and it will include the fourth quarter of 2010.

Guard Dog will be scheduling a CEO conference call in early January to provide more specific information on the “State of the Company.”

Again Guard Dog appreciates the continued support of the shareholders and the investment community, and will continue working toward achieving the ambitious goals and forecasts we have discussed over the past year.
