Ok - What is "mediocre" to you - Just trying to get a feeling for what the board must be thinking in negotiating from T-Mobile...6 figures, 7, 8, 9 figures??? None of this matters because it is in the Boards hands but I am wondering at people's expectations. It is easy to say settle. It is not easy to say settle at a specific amount.

Personally, if the patent is valid, and I think it is, I can see past damages of 9 figures easy but I don't think that is practical to expect in a settlement. Maybe in a judgment, but not a settlement. A settlement always has to have a discount for uncertainty.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
