"Short Sale Volume Reporting’s are deceiving."-
This is the best statement to date on the subject.

--it is evident, and fact, that on weeks where the
'short reporting' #s are very low
We move up in PPS with very tiny volume.

and if that is the only reason some of us love to see
and 'theorize' as to what cause and effect some of the roles
of all the different factors that allow,
and disallow CDIV to raise in price,
this seems very likely to play a factor, and will never stop being intriguing.

And knowing for a fact, that shorting is 'legal',
(even though none of US can do it seemingly)
and many say that 'no-one' would ever short a pink
with this low a of a PPS,
I would rather have a look at the numbers daily,
and make my own interpretation over time and more info.

Track record is a good thing to be aware of.

Not to mention, the more your told not to look for *something*,
the more you wonder why...

...and although I agree with some of the things
you have posted recently Karin,
I disagree with a recent statement you made,
that the company has TOLD US there is NO NSS.

The company has never STATED that there is no NSS.
They did mention discrepancies.
They have allowed the shareholders
to review the information that was passed to them,
and this is an honest move, and to be commended.

It is our choice as shareholders
(just a guess that all of us here, are shareholders- LOL)
to get to know all the data available,
make an educated guess
at what might be happening in our stocks of choice,
and stand firm in our beliefs. However strong the opposition is,
and you have to admit, with all that has gone on,
there has been some serious opposition to CDIV succeeding.

It sure raises a lot of unanswered questions.

I look forward to the new year, and more interesting events unfolding.

Happy (Almost) New year!
