I was just looking over their site and pink sheets info and I see the name Power Technology,Inc. and their logo are trademark protected meaning no one can use that name or logo. Could be they bought the shell and named it after their company and are considering going public at some point in time. Being a profitable and private company at the moment would be a jackpot for those holding shares when and if that happens IMHO. Someone has been accumulating shares recently and for a reason. I think I'll hold mine for awhile and see what happens.
