Just got off the phone with an wonderful attorney at the TX Securities Commission, Enforcement Division..
She knew of the company.. I went through the whole thing..
Brief history...etc.. lawsuit.. I said we have made numerous requests to the company to obtain the trust agreement, but they constantly refuse.
I asked her why any company would not want to obtain such information for their shareholders and gather these assets.
She listened carefully as I explained, I know it all sounds ridiculous, but we are not insane. The whole story.. Maheu, sting, DTCC, Vegas, Lawsuit.. testimony of Hodges, etc...I told her there are right thinking shareholders among us who can deal with the truth, either way. I said shareholders have petitioned the company on countless occasions, only to be ignored.
All we want is the truth.. is there an agreement and we want it made known to the shareholders.
She asked me to send along what documents I choose and she said upon review she will contact whomever I want. She will then get back to me.
Seems like we may have finally somebody in our corner. She said, do you have representation. I said we are working on it, but since the company is under your jurisdiction, all I am asking you is to contact the company on our behalf and inquire as to why this can't be done for the shareholders and why the constant refusal to do so..
I have great faith that this lady will do what she says, and we will get some answers very quickly..
BTW, Agra.. LD.. I couldn't be a nice boy for you.. I had to call twice even though she got my message the day before, as they ran me to a machine on my call today.. I immediately called back and forcefully said I want to talk to someone immediately and not be ignored.. Sometimes one must step outside the box to get desired results.
Our conversation was very polite, yet I made my point and she was very receptive to my communications, Ish....
I am putting my package together today and by tomorrow hope to have the email to her.. I will keep those interested informed...
