That is excellent logic, but even though the stock price hasn't syrocketed, it is still a lot higher than zero and you can still sell lots of shares and make some money. Maybe if push comes to shove legally, they can find a way to justify what they have said (hope?). But, if the numbers were even more outrageous, perhaps they couldn't.

BTW: I'm not saying it is a scam although 10Bag is pretty confident of it. The stock action (chart) is telling you that it is scam. However, sometimes charts lie!
