I'm thinking there's more to it than just raising operating cash. That could be all there is to it, but I remember John mentioned working on a JV with another company who would provide a lot of dredges and operators for a cut of the gold. That might be the reason for raising a million bucks....get the dredges into the rivers, start-up costs, salaries, etc. Just a hunch, but I think we will find out soon. GLTA
