I wouldn't be too hard on him if I were you phreshmeat. Many of us who have been around these pennies have seen these 504's used to the detrement of hundreds of stocks. The very thought of a 504 to many means "scam". Not to say that is the case here, but with all SGCP has going for it this year with the 4 dredges and everything else, it makes you wonder why it's necessary to file a new 504 to raise another $1 million by selling shares before the new season even gets started good. JMHO
