it is stuff like this, that once it is cleaned up, SNEY will take off...Baum's screwed up form 4, the CE on pink sheets, past due filings, etc

here are 2 links to Baum's buys/sells...notice what I notice?...on his form 4...in one column it says pretty much all buys (A) acquired...yet the total column reads as if his shares are dwindling...first of all one of the two columns are obviously wrong...now look at the second web page...it shows all buys similar to the form 4

so here is my logic

majority of DD on multiple forms in favor of the buys being buys in the buy/sell column but only one column in the form 4 showing totals which seem to suggest that the buys were actually sells...I'll assume that if an error was made it was made once not multiple times which suggests that the error is in the total column which is incorrectly suggesting that everything was sells instead of buys as designated...secondly, and maybe more importantly, if he was in fact selling and the total column is right then why did he stop selling when the pps went higher...if he was happy to sell at .0028 then he should've been ecstatic to sell around or north of a penny yet no trades after 11/1 occured and he still supposedly had 5,328,022 shares as of 11/1 and the form 4 was dated 12/14 which means he had plenty of time to off load the remaining shares...if he was unloading everything why would he stop selling when the pps was rising higher

simple...because I don't think he was selling...I think he was buying under a penny...like the majority of us...waiting for what is coming...and as the pps got higher it became less attractive so he stopped accumulating...the truth is that I feel the error was made on purpose to throw investors off and allow insiders etc a second chance to accumulate at a low pps before they let it run...just kind of find it funny that all these things happened in Decemeber as the pps was starting to run before the anticipated stuff in January...and they have the ability to remedy all of these things in the very near future creating a positive buzz around SNEY before production and then the production PR will keep the good times rolling...but whatever...it's a nasty game...keep your head up
