It will be interesting to see if the current auditor is still on the job. The next S-1a will disclose that info.

I wonder why Roth's hand-picked CFO left, about when the "The Russian Connection" news came to light.

The auditors will be wondering too!!!!!

Can't wait for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
