Thats illegal. There should be a PR issued concerning the Roth's relationship with Concorde Capital Ltd, the Russian Investment Bank with offices in Russia and Bermuda.

If there's no relationship, than a PR hurts no one. But Concorde Capital does have control over the Asfx BOD Per (Sec 1.3.4), so the "Concorde Capital Ltd" relationship should be fully disclosed to the shareholders.

But, of course, if he's hiding something, Roth will not say one thing to the shareholders.

A PR would be a very simple thing.
