That is 100% up to Dave and his grudge. I think it would be in the best interest of the shareholders if Dave would settle with Drago. Had we settled with Drago prior to November...and then settled with Tmob during the 90 day stay....we would have a pocket full of money and looking for the next agreement with ......????? AT&T, Verizon????Who knows? I understand the frustrations with the prior BOD but there are some that still exist with this BOD. I am not sure why it is up to Dave and not Turrini....not that Turrini is the answer either. This should not be a personal grudge match between Dave and Drago. The shareholders best interest should be priority number one and if that were the case then the above mentioned would have already taken place. I have been in since 2003 and like most longs I have bought to average down, but the time has come to cash in.
