If you don't understand that the market usually reacts to LOI and not the closing when it's expected to close, then you shouldn't be trading. Closing the LOI is expected. Get it? If CBAI were a company that didn't follow through with its intentions, then ok, I get that we are waiting for the close. But no, IT'S EXPECTED HERE. That means the share price has already been factored into the closing. Market has already reacted. Old new now.
