I believe if correct that the shares were not registered to be sold into the market but it wasn't CXAC's fault or job to do that, it was signature leisure that was supposed to wait a required timeframe before first registering and then selling them into the market. Instead if I am correct they didn't wait or register them but sold them imeadiately into the market thus causing the problems.
