Loop, I am not sure who peed in your cheerios but you need to relax. I am sorry you took my post as being just directed at you and I should have stated that if someone doesn't have a plan that it was foolish not that you are a fool. Most people don't plan to fail they fail to plan when it comes to poor investing.

Although I didn't start this pissing match with you, you felt it necessary to chime in and disparage me in your post that I was responding to in my post below. You then had to jump back in again and call me an a hole. Sorry for you taking it wrong way and being so thin skinned. I will try not to pick on you anymore. Thanks for all the legal opinions you provide on this board but how about you and I back off one another.

Attacking one another doesn't do this board any good. I have no problem defending my opinions but it is you who instead of responding to my messages felt it necessary to attack me and not my posts. Sorry you don't agree with my posts nor my strategy but I also don't agree with many of yours and I don't go attacking you. Let's call a truce.

loop, I am glad you find my posts amusing. Everyone has their own investment plan and strategies and if not, then you are a fool. I should have said it was foolish not to have a plan Anyone that has a significant investment in IDCC should have a plan in place to protect their investment due to the upcoming events that will transpire.

As far as me sharing my thoughts on this message board impacting the share price, that is my right as it is your right to continue posting or threatening once again to leave for a while only to return. Your posts about leaving and not returning are something I find amusing. At least I admit I have an addiction problem with IDCC and this message board, in order for you to break your addiction you first have to admit you have a problem.
