Yep. They are in Texas too. People don't understand how pumping oil works. They (this guy) have the idea that the rig is pumping the oil out and half of it is seeping into the ground water and killing everything in site. It costs more for the oil companies to lose a gallon of of oil than if someone just stole it from the pump. Evironmental cleanup. Personal to make sure their companies follow the rules and laws. People to support them (IT). And other little things.
