It means there is more schtuff that Wave is up to we don't know about.

Ya know, there was some not so gentle mocking on some of the other boards at Wave issuing an 8-K for Envoy, and another for the Dell labeled ETS, implying that is was essentially a non-event.

I've been thinking lately (and this is 100% conjecture) that the material events described in those two 8-K filings were far more material than we realise.
