If I'm right, and MOP-RESCUE equipment is eventually purchased, then I win!

If you're right, and they decide to incinerate the used MOP, or bury it, or ship it to Peru (or eat it, as imperativity has suggested) - well, now what? You still have thousands of hectares to remediate, so... they will purchase more MOP... and I win again! [insert evil laughter here]
