There is civil court and there is small claims court. The two are very different and in civil court yes we can get tied up.

Were throwing around small claims court but the documents I read say civil/small claims....one is a division of the other.

Im pretty sure were not in small claims court. In that court, no, they would not pass any judgement agaisnt us that would stop the deal or refer to a higher court,

However, if its in CIVIL court like I think it is...yes all those bad things are possible.
