For Tuesday: Oil lower in Asia as Asian markets mull Federal Reserve's interest rate change coming on Tuesday. Some rumors about it possibly being 0.5 instead of 0.25, but most likely 0.25. Watch for the language used about future rates, will it be 'measured' or not. Will affect markets. Japan markets closed for a holiday Tuesday.

Oil prices, also, watch how the dollar is versus the Euro. Slight rally in dollar Monday due to the European central banks following busheconomics and allowing more debt. Don't know if holds or not. For sometime European Union countries have been buying oil in Euros , not $. Would like to see if more become public in the future. Rumor has it that Euros = $1.40 is the psychological barrier for the big switch. When that happens it won't be fun.

Good night and hope tomorrow is great.
