A $.22 stock sale is idiotic for almost all people. Most would pay a $7 comission. Anyone who can sell without paying a commission would not waste his time on penny stocks or 150 shares of 99% of all stocks. Even I know there is some other reason for this ridiculous looking sale. I just do not understand it.
