"Although I am interested in the smelter results, I am more interested in information on improving the management team. SFMI may well have huge resources; our management team, however, is unlikely to be able to deliver the results. Why doesn't SFMI bring in a competent mining executive? It would bring some credibility to this stock."

They have been on the hunt for mining management for developing the War Eagle resource for awhile and have done interviews thru Oct/Nov.
Expect news in this area early in the new year.
