The company is taking the necessary steps to fulfill all the requirements laid out by OTC Markets, LLC in order to be upgraded to the highest reporting status, other than SEC reporting, in the Pink sheet marketplace. The company is shooting for the early part of 2011 to get this accomplished.

Overall, the company is adding products, revenue, assets and transparency all while lowering debt on a quarterly basis. 2011 is shaping up to be really exciting for the company. Management will announce 2011 plans by December 31. In addition, a recap of accomplishments of 2010, including a couple more completed projects before the New Year.
