I don't think it will go back down, the volume accumulated is just too much, 300M in 3 weeks. float should be way less out of 4B a/s because sshs has shown the insiders had good holdings always in their financial previously, also if you believe what Gelmon says, 'I didn't sell single share'. personally, I don't trust any either positive/negative. However, even it's not true, it may give some clue about how the stock should be played. I'm very positive about sshs based on its volume, price, pr, share structure, company status in its industry. The only thing kills this is the shorts and NIR CD which may change at some point. Of course, r/s is possible, but after 10% accumulation out of total a/s including shares not issued from bottom price? I doubt.
