Its Online Demo Website

& Opportunity Corporation (Pink Sheets:SMPP) proudly announces that it has
launched a demo site for its dynamic Video Sales Platform (VSP) product suite at
www.VSPconx.com. The demo is a static, page-by-page overview of the VSP and will
serve as product demo to interested publishers as SMPP builds the final version
of the product suite's official website.

SMPP CEO, Julienne Audette, comments, "We're very happy with the demo and its
representation toward our final Platform. Clicking through, you can experience
the primary pages which will be integrated into the main site, including
